Pauline Cox

Having always had a keen interest in human science, Pauline studied for her first degree in Anatomical Sciences at the university of Bristol. Upon graduation, she returned to study for a further Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy. She completed her higher education with a Masters in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health. Pauline is currently undertaking the much sought after, Masters level in Integrative Medicine.

Pauline established her first multi-disciplinary health clinic in 2004, bringing together a team of highly skilled health professionals. Following her training in Nutrition, she founded the high street company, Sow & Arrow, a health food store focused on high quality, nutrient-dense food and supplements, with an emphasis on health optimisation and sustainability.

 

Consequently this led Pauline to write her first award-winning book, Primal Living in a Modern World. She has since become a content writer and a regular columnist for National and International publications, including Top Santé and Best Holistic Life magazines.

Pauline has just completed writing her second book, regularly speaks at industry conferences with up and coming bookings for the Alternative Medicine & Integrative Health Conference 2022 and Health Optimisation Summit 2023. She also has a clinical practice where she works with challenging and complex cases.
