City Of Trees

City of Trees is the urban community forest for the whole of Greater Manchester, delivering a green recovery and tackling the climate emergency head on, through planting trees and restoring woodlands for the people and wildlife of Greater Manchester. Working with communities, organisations, and businesses to build an ambitious movement, they are dedicated to planting millions of trees for the region.

Their charity is about trees, but it’s also about people – engaging them with the natural environment and creating a happier and healthier place for people to live, encouraging them to get involved with what we do. City of Trees are passionate about the city they call home and do what we can to mitigate the effects of climate change for those who live, work and play here.
